État d’Urgence’s art of dining climax, featuring our guest of honour Pierre Curzi.

For four years already, our loyal and great chefs Martin Picard from Pied du Cochon, Norman Laprise from Toqué!, and Mostafa Rougaibi from La Colombe create the feast that is the État d’Urgence Banquet!

An unforgettable evening, with the added culinary talents of Elena Faita of Chez Dante.

The Banquet will be hosted by neo-Rhinos François Gourd and Stéphane Crète, and feature exclusive programming with surprise guests.
