État d’Urgence (November 23–27), Place Émilie-Gamelin, Montreal
The État d’Urgence “manifestival” is now a fixture of Montreal’s cultural scene. Its ambitions exceed the funding available to achieve them, but the support of the public, media, sponsors and collaborators is definitely there. This year, the weather is on our side, the turnout is fantastic and things are looking on the up and up!
