An impressionistic documentary about the 2007 edition of État d'Urgence. The film introduces us to people living on the street and participating in État d'Urgence and shares their insights. A work full of emotions and opinions, with a tone somewhere between delirium and harsh reality, and a personal glimpse into the lives of people who will not leave anyone indifferent; and yet, they so often do.
